Meet Our Staff
Tony Phan DPT
Born and raised in Garden Grove, CA, Tony is a licensed physical therapist at Rossmoor Rehabilitation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine in 2016 and then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2019. His clinical interests include rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries/surgeries, working with athletes to return to sport, and optimizing functional mobility for people with Parkinson's as an LSVT-certified therapist. Outside of the clinic, Tony loves playing basketball, hiking, camping, being a hardcore Lakers fan, and trying new foods!
Michael Vuong DPT
Michael was born and raised in Rosemead, CA. He attended California State University, Fullerton where he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2014. He then attended Chapman University where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. He specializes in orthopedic manual therapy. His hobbies and interests include going on food adventures, watching movies, and playing basketball, ping pong, and pickleball.
Kevin Phung DPT
Kevin received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of California Riverside. He graduated and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine. In his spare time, he enjoys basketball, weight lifting, traveling, and trying new foods.
Lordesa Fok DPT
Lordesa received her undergraduate degree in exercise biology at UC Davis and went on to receive her doctorate of physical therapy from Cal State Long Beach. She has experience in outpatient orthopedics as well as inpatient acute, spinal cord injuries, and transitional care for outpatient neurological diseases such as strokes and traumatic brain injuries. She is originally from the Bay Area in Northern California and enjoys returning there to visit in her free time. Her hobbies include playing racket sports (tennis, table tennis, badminton), hiking, and rock climbing.
