Individualized Treatment Plans

As a patient at Rossmoor Rehabilitation, you will first receive a thorough, one-hour evaluation. Your individualized treatment plan will be developed based on your specific impairments, symptoms, and goals.
Treatment plan may include the following components:

Manual therapy

Joint mobilizations

Soft tissue mobilizations

METs (muscle energy techniques)

PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)

Gait training – increase range of motion, proper gait mechanics, balance, coordination, endurance

Therapeutic Exercises

Progressive exercises – bosu ball, thera-bands, Nautilus Pulley system

Activities of Daily (ADL) skill building – sit-to-stand, dressing, transfers, bed-mobility

Core strengthening/stabilization – free weights, exercises, thera-bands, Nautilus weight machines

Aerobic training – increase strength and endurance with bike, treadmill, recombinant bike
