Our Sports Medicine rehab is designed to get you back to your sport in a timely manner after injury or surgery. We go beyond traditional physical therapy by developing customized rehab programs based on each person’s specific condition and specific sport with the goal of helping them maximize strength, flexibility, endurance and overall function. Our Sports Medicine staff includes certified therapists with vast experience in strength, conditioning, and athletic training.

Specific Sport Conditioning

We can also help you condition for your specific sport. This can include the creation of a personalized, progressive balance training program and/or functional strength training, which also improves range of motion and balance. If you have an injury, by conditioning your healthy (uninjured body parts), the rest of your body is enhanced while the injured body part heals.
